- Is there a monthly fee?
- Not to us. The $1,500 is one-time. Hosting (about $5–12/mo) and call minutes (about 8¢ per minute) are billed by the providers directly to your own accounts.
- Can’t I just build it myself with an AI tool?
- You can, and it’ll look fine. What it usually won’t do is show up in local search, connect to your Google profile, or reliably deliver every form and email to you, because those parts are invisible until they fail. We use the same modern tools, plus engineers who know what makes a site bring in work. You spend 10 minutes; we handle the rest, and you own everything.
- Will the AI receptionist sound like a robot?
- No. It speaks naturally, knows your services, hours and service area, and books the appointment. You’ll test it before launch.
- Can I still answer my own calls?
- Yes. You choose: it answers every call, only when you don’t pick up, or only after hours.
- Will callers know it’s an AI?
- Yes. The greeting says they’re speaking with an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded. That’s the honest way to do it, and it’s required in Florida.
- What calendar does it book into?
- Google Calendar and most popular booking tools. If you book on paper today, we’ll set up a simple calendar for you.
- Who owns the website?
- You do. The domain, the hosting account and the site are yours once it’s live. There’s no lock-in.
- How fast is this?
- You see your preview today. How soon it goes live depends on how quickly you approve changes and send your details. Many businesses launch within days.
- What do you need from me?
- Very little. We start from your public info. Once you say go, we’ll ask for your logo, photos, services, business hours and how you like to book jobs.
- I already have a website. Can you still help?
- Yes. If your current site is outdated, slow or just a single page, we rebuild it and move it over to the new design.
- What does "SEO- and AEO-ready" mean?
- Your site is built the right way from day one: fast, mobile-friendly, clear page titles, a page for each service and area, and business details structured so Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT can understand who you are, what you do and where you serve. Ongoing SEO work, like publishing new content and building links, is a separate service if you want to grow further. No one can honestly guarantee rankings.
- Can I make changes?
- Yes. Changes to your pages during the build are included until you approve the site for launch. After launch, updates are quoted separately before we start.
